Paulo is a graduate in law and psychology, with a Masters Degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Administration. Paulo currently acts as an Internationalization Program Coordinator at the Graduate Studies Provost’s Office of the University of São Paulo and as a Director for the Instituto Questão de Ciência. He has experience in structuring international partnerships with institutions such as University of California and MIT, coordination of Coursera online course launches, proposal and drafting of several University bylaws, compliance negotiation with governmental and non-governmental agencies in Brazil and abroad, coordination of joint research projects with the Brazilian IRS (Receita Federal) and organization of TEDxUSP as licensee. As the executive director for Instituto Questão de Ciência, he has been a part of science outreach, advocacy and opinion poll projects.
